Edwin Oosterheert
ProjectRESET was founded by Edwin Oosterheert, a highly experienced program/project manager who worked for big institutions and multinational companies for over 30 years. His strength is to bring structure and transparency to complex projects and to shape a clear path towards clear objectives: it is about bringing people together and establishing a solid connection between people, process and technology. In his spare time Edwin is also an actor and a drummer.
It is inspiring to see how a complex, struggling project was turned around and delivered by focus, discipline and transparency under difficult circumstances.
